Vendors

The Crossroads Farmers Market is a producers-only market. All vendors grow and/or process their own goods within a 125-mile radius of Takoma Park, Maryland.

We’re thrilled to announce our vendors for the 2011 market season. Come on by to say hello to familiar faces and welcome new ones!

Produce:

ECO City Farms, Edmonston, Maryland- fruits, veggies, greens, and shoots grown using organic methods on a 1-acre urban farm in Prince George’s County

Musachio Produce Farm, Ridgely, Maryland- conventionally grown fruits and vegetables from MD’s Eastern Shore

Sligo Creek Farm, Silver Spring, Maryland- Certified Organic fruits, vegetables, and eggs grown just around the corner

Tuckey’s Mountain Grown Berries, Fruits, and Vegetables, Biglerville, Pennsylvania- fruits and vegetables

Valle Produce, Montross, Virginia- fruits, vegetables, and Central American herbs

 

Meat/Eggs/Honey:

Jose Castillo, Riverdale Park, Maryland- honey (beginning in July)

Painted Hand Farm, Newburg, Pennsylvania- naturally browsed meat goats, humanely raised veal, grass fed beef, pastured poultry

Baked Goods and Prepared Foods:

Cuzco Restaurant- Hyattsville, MD- Salvadoran and Peruvian prepared foods

La Chapina Bakery, Hyattsville, Maryland- Guatemalan cookies and breads

 

Non-food Items:

Just Peachy Organics, Bowie, Maryland- handcrafted, organic skincare products

Mireya’s Joyeria- Takoma Park, Maryland- handcrafted, Colombian-inspired jewelry
